I know that when I skimp on the water I get no results, yet 3' litres a day and it starts coming off! Assuming the rest of my diet is in tact also. But water consumption is very overlooked, especially in today's consumer thinking: buy a fitness product, buy a fat burning supplement, etc. Good read - Vote up!
