Spirulina is a single-celled and spiral-shaped micro algae that grows in abundance in warm tropical climates. It is blue-green in color and has already exist at the time when life begins on our planet. Such simple single-celled organism has been the earliest forms of life on earth and it has been the source of all other ocean life.
In the year 1962, Dr. Clement of France has found that the Ganimou people who live around the Lake Chades in Africa have bodies much stronger than other civilized people even though their living conditions are poor and there are only a few resources. Dr. Clement examined their daily lives and has found that the Ganimou eats a particular blue-green algae, the spirulina, that can be found on the lake's surface.
After many years of research, Dr. Clement has got the world's attention on his discovery. Researchers have also found that spirulina exhibits properties that promote self-healing too in addition to its nutritional benefits.

Essentially iron helps build a strong body, although many people of the modern days are actually deprived of it. As Spirulina is a great source of minerals such as iron and magnesium, these sources are easier to absorb compared to traditional iron supplements.

I have been studing Spirulina for quiet some time, it is a good supplement for health. I was looking for some real testimonials from Spirulina and reached here.
You have really done a good job here, I think you already know that Spirulina has been recommended by even WHO but there are some technical problems of real world from pharmaceutical companies and others who are constantly trying to malign the image of spirulina and its benefits.
